OK. I think I've figured it out. I might not hate UW (as much) anymore. UW expects you to take 2 years of university before going into pharmacy, and all the other schools only expect you to take one. Because a lot of the courses in First year pharmacy at U of T are very similar to the required courses at UW. So if I did 2 years of school and then went to U of T, I'd probably be learning a lot of stuff over again, which is kinda like wasting a year of my life, is it not? So here's the problem: do I go to U of T (or some other out-of-province school) after first year, or wait until after second year to go to UW? If I went after first year, I would need to take a Distance Ed course next semester (6 courses at once) so that I would have the required 1.0 credits in the Humanities and Social sciences. Also, I would never get the opportunity to do a work term...and I'm pretty sure U of T isn't co-op, in fact, I don't think any of the other pharmacy schools are. I should look into that, though. However, if I wait till after second year to go to UW, I'd have to switch my major (not hard?) so that I would be able to take the required courses. BUT I would be able to have a co-op work term here at Guelph, and the UW school of pharmacy is co-op as well. SO. Do I go to U of T (or some out-of-province school) and be done school and into my career earlier? Or do I wait so that I can do co-op and make money while I'm in school?
I have no idea. This is also assuming that if I waited I would get into UW haha. If I didn't, then I'd have to go to another school where I'd be basically repeating courses, also wasting a year of my life.

Ok, so i'm incredibly biased, though not so much really i guess since the UW school of pharmacy is in Cambridge anyways...but still quite biased towards uw. Oh, and i also have a little amount of dislike for U of T. You might as well apply to U of T after first year though because you could still decide afterwards if you actually wanted to go and if you didn't get in it would make the decision easier. and if you did get in and decided not to go then when you applied to a different pharmacy school, or U of T again, having already been accepted would be a plus on your application.
Also, I find it kinda shifty that U of T has so few requirements. I don't want someone who doesn't know what the heck they're doing dosing out meds.
actually most of the other pharmacy schools in canada have the same requirements as UofT, there's only one other school that has them like waterloo. and I can't apply to U of T unless I take a 6th course so I'd have the required courses to apply and I really don't want to take a 6th course unless I have to. Hence the problem.
