happy 2007!

last night was awesome :D despite all of the things going wrong that could possibly have gone wrong haha...let's see...first, it took me an hour and a half just to get my skates sharpened (stupid sportchek...), then there was the food taking a long time, then the rain, which made us decide to go see a movie, but all of the movies were sold out by the time we got there (due to the food being slow).then when we decided to rent a movie, "step up" was sold out, so we watched "john tucker must die" whichhh was pretty good, i have to say, but i was looking forward to the really hot guy in step up haha....um thennnn it was raining when we were skating, along with the 5 other kids under the age of 10 and the 2 parents hahaha...but skating was still fun. we are so pro, robyn & kate :D ...and then, it RAINED some MORE in case we weren't already soaked to the bone...but then, oh then it was almost time for sloan, and i was like "...i think we have an umbrella in the car!!" haha we're bright. so we ran down and got the umbrella, and managed to stay a little dryer than before (although still soaking) while SLOAN came on, w0000000000t omg it was awesome. they are amazing live, i have to say. none of this "fall out boy"-ish not being able to sing live (i hate that, when you like a band and then hear them sing live and they absolutely SUCK)....anyhoo so ya sloan was awesome...."rest of my life" was definitely the highlight haha..."other man" and that "who taught you to live like that" song were good too, definitely. ...then the countdown, happy new year, sparkles flying, stuff like that...like a minute after 12:00 we went into williams to try to warm up...i think the freezing cold jones sodas helped with that :D "...um i guess i'll have a peach somethin---NO WAIT! I'LL HAVE A JONES SODAAAA" hahaha ^.^

so all in all it was a good night...despite the rain :)
