- Hot guys/the good ones are either taken, jerks, gay, or pot heads.
- School sucks, but you have to do it to get the job to get the $$$...and, sad but true, $$$ is needed for a PART of your happiness in life.
- Life isn't fair. (Hm, maybe this one should be #1...)
- If you don't have time to sleep, you will feel like you could sleep another 5 hours. If you DO have time to sleep (weekends, summer, class doesn't start till late), you will wake up early and not be able to get back to sleep. It just works like that.
- MIDTERMS RUIN EVERYTHING. Guaranteed if there's something cool going down, it'll be during midterms when you have to study. They also put you way behind in normal school work, thus ruining further opportunities of fun stuff.
- If you haven't saved a very important computer file in a while, your computer will crash. On the other hand, if you have, your computer will never crash.
- If there's a life lesson to be learned, you'll learn it the hard way. Of course.

I was contemplating "Prudence." I know it's a little flowery, but I like it. We'd call her Pru, lol.
All of that true, except not ALL the good ones are taken. Only like 90%. :P
And also you missed the fact that:
- most people are good most of the time
- you need the bad times so you can feel the good
- your friends will always be there for you :)
Oh, and studies show that once you are past the poverty line, your happiness has nothing to do with money.
