And so this is goodbye...

Prom was so much fun. So. Much. FUN. I was seriously worried since I've never actually danced before (slow dances don't count.) and I left the parent grad dance early...but I got into it pretty fast. Wow. You get pretty sweaty after 4 hours of dancing. And your feet hurt. A lot. Heels = not fun. There was perhaps a little too much PDA (my mom's new favourite term) for my liking, but if I ignored it then it was all good. I totally won the interpretive dance-off against Stephen, he just couldn't beat my octopus (well, mine and Kate's, technically :P). The music could have been better, it was basically all hip-hop/rap/dance music. HOWEVER, there were a few gems in there...*sings* Under my umber-ella, ella, ella, eh, eh, eh (OH the good times singing in art, how I shall miss you. too bad they didn't play the Indiana Jones theme, LOL)...I'm bringin' sexyback, YEAH....save a horse, ride a cowboy! teehee. The slow dances sucked. Stupid couples. But other than that the dancing was AWESOME, dancing is my new favourite thing. Next year, bring on the clubs. :D

I wasn't feeling sentimental last night, but I am today. This year I'm actually a little sad to go to the cottage this summer, I want to stay here and prolong change for as long as possible and keep things the way they are. Going away to the cottage means I won't see my friends for the whole summer and then when I come back, it's only to go away again. :'( And there's sooo many people I won't see again!! Ok, commencement. But that doesn't REALLY count. I'm happy cuz summer is here, but yet unhappy at the same time. It's a weird feeling.
