So, nothing too interesting going on here. I'm on HP #4, The Goblet of Fire. I still have yet to watch The Prisoner of Azkaban, though. Perhaps I shall get around to that today.
Work is fun (especially bingo), but pretty standard & I must say I'm falling into a bit of a daily grind. That's alright though...I'm looking forward to going back to school, actually. Except for the whole school-work part, and the whole applying to co-op jobs part, both of which will suck. 3 chemistry courses, biochem, and genetics. FUN....or not. ROCKSTAR, HERE I COME.
House-hunting sucks. I'm not even the one driving to Guelph a couple times a week to look at the houses (thanks Dad & Jen!) and I hate it. None of the houses we've found are ideal, so we're probably going to end up just picking one just so we have a house. Stupid screwed-over house...and stupid East Townhouses!! No one likes you anyways, so PSHHH who cares if we didn't get either of those. HA.
My artsy list is coming along pretty decently...I made a pencil case this weekend, it's SUPER cute and infinitely better than the crappy $1.99 purple ugly hunk of junk from Staples that I bought last year. I also made all the invitations for my parents 25th anniversary party, they are also pretty cute, if I do say so myself. Inked edges, ribbon, and a picture of my parents on their wedding day (both my parents were stick thin and my dad had HAIR). I'm currently working on the pencil sketch for my 3-canvas painting that's going to hang over my bed at home. It's sort of Georgia O'Keeffe inspired. I'll upload pics of all these things, probably to facebook, at some point...
